Tree Farm Recreational Facility

Usage Rules

 

 

1.     The Tree Farm Fields are to be used only on the dates and times specified for the purpose named. 

2.     No equipment shall be removed from the facility.  If goals are moved within a field, they must be returned to their original location.  Goals are not to be moved from one field to another.

3.     Any weather or cancellations by the Tree Farm will only be posted on the website: www.treefarmsports.org.  Get your teams in the habit of checking the site!

4.     A specific date or time may be canceled if the fields are needed by the TFMG.  Advance notice will be given.

5.     Parking is to be restricted only to designated parking areas.  Fire lanes are not to be used.  Additional parking restrictions may be implemented on high usage nights and will be posted on the website.

6.     Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the facility grounds.

7.     Unruly behavior will result in cancellation of immediate and all future field use.

8.     Keep the area clean and make sure your teams clean up after themselves after every game and practice.

9.     Unusual wear and tear to the fields will be repaired by the TFMG at the expense of the user.

 

FEES:  Field rental $50/hour/field – billed in ½ hr. increments – Large events i.e., tournaments, camps have a different fee structure – please contact us.

 

DEPOSIT:  A deposit of 50% will be required before fields will be officially scheduled and no less than 30 days prior to the event.  Payment in full is due 3 days prior to the event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations caused by TFMG’s field closure process will receive a full refund.  Customers canceling less than two weeks prior to their scheduled rental will receive no refunds of monies paid.  Teams making repetitive practice reservations from 4/30-6/22 will not be refunded for fields not used.

 

 

 

We are very fortunate to have such a phenomenal facility.  Please keep this in mind as you enjoy the Tree Farm so that it will be available for many years to come!
