REFUND POLICY

Players who are placed on wait-lists will receive full refunds after December 1, 2011. Players who withdraw prior to January 10, 2012 will receive a full refund. Players who withdraw between January 11 and March 15, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. After March 15, 2012, fees are non-refundable. Players wishing to withdraw must notify the registrar directly (for current registrar contact information, see the Contact Us page of this site), in addition to their coach (if assigned) or try-out coordinator (if not yet assigned). Exceptions will be made for special circumstances upon review by the board.
