Registrar Report: Jill Lampron
– 14 EUSC team registered in Vermont Soccer League (includes 2 U8 Teams & 2 U12 Girl Teams)
– Roster Freeze: March 6th
– Jill to submit rosters to VSA in next two weeks
Uniforms: Jill Lampron
– Jill was to submit an order for new Club Uniforms w/Sports Central on 2/20/17
Website discussion. Looking for content for new website.
Financial Report: Lise Saucier
– 3rd week of April 1Q17 Financials will be done by new Acctg company
– 2016 Taxes: to be complete May or June. Will not be late
Coach Coordinator Report: Ed DeMulder
– Has be working on trying to line up a U12 Girls team for U12 Girls on waitlist; not enough players to field 2nd U10 Girls Team; will be offered spot on U12 Girls team; working on a Head Coach for the U12 Girls team
– Mike Lampron, EUSC President, and Mike Goodrich (U16 Head Coach) held a meeting with all U16 & U19 girls to discuss a combined squad
– Ed to line up training fields for pre-Tree Farm opening for EUSC Teams
– Spring Coaches Mtg: Weds March 15, 2017 7PM Essex HS Room C101
EUSC Tournament Director Report: Ed DeMulder
– Tournament Mtg held at Ed’s house on 2/15/17
– Ed needs to load Tnmt Information/Rules/Waiver Form/Field Layout, etc to new EUSC website before being able to open up Registration in GOTSoccer. Targeting to open up Registration the first week in March
– Liz Thorpe volunteered to join the Tnmt Committee as a Volunteer Coordinator along with Kate Murphy
– Tom Palin to follow-up with Inn at Essex to see if they will be a Tnmt Hotel
– Next Tnmt Committee Mtg: Monday 3/13/17 at 7Pm at Ed’s house
ANNUAL MTG: March 21, 2017 6-7:30PM Essex HS Cafeteria
– Ed to line up Cafeteria: Complete
